Sunny Days, Here and Gone

IMG_7336IMG_6625I know, I know. It’s been a while. With everything going on: medication transitions, doctor’s appointments, family, and bad weather no wonder I have no time to do the things I love. Lucky I am not getting paid for this. Hahahahaha. Everything has been a time suck once again for me. I will figure out how to blog and do the things I like while balancing my personal life. I do try to treat this like a job but it’s just that the others around me do not see it that way.

I can’t believe this was taken two weeks ago! It was in the 70’s that day, and today I just need my coat. It was interesting that day, people lying on the ground, fishing, and even reading. Everyone came outside to experience the fresh air. Unfortunately, no everything has started to bloom yet so no pretty plants to surround me. Spring weather but no spring floral.

We are experiencing weird weather right now.  It almost a pattern two to three days of rain or precipitation followed by one to two days of nice sunny weather. I just seem to be able to miss the sunny weather. As you will see in my next two blog post.

Now on to the outfit, I am starting to get frustrated in trying to keep up with new items coming out 52 weeks a year with these clothing companies. Fast fashion needs to slow down, it’s too much for us consumers.  It’s like I buy something and by the time I photograph it and post it, it’s already on sale and the clothing store wants it off their shelf. If that is the case, I have decided that I am going to wait until I find something on sale before I get it. I am not paying full price and never will for clothes anymore. I am starting to have a wish list and then waiting for a sale or when the thing goes on sale. If my size runs out, “oh well” I move on to the next thing. It is not the end of the world if I do not get that top or those shorts. I am learning to be patient in finding stuff that I like. Trends sure do go in and out fast enough that I even can’t keep up with them anymore. I think fashion just needs to slow down on the amount it produces at a time. I just want to be able to enjoy what I have and be trendy and at the same time.

Love you all,
